This lady claimed to be from Sky Services offering a 40% discount on my Sky package, but the call coming from a Norwich number immediately made me suspicious. She then asked if I was satisfied with their service, but the connection was really scratchy. I mentioned the poor line quality, but confirmed I was happy with Sky. Next, she wanted my email address, which I declined, saying if she was really from Sky she’d already have that info. I told her to just send me an email with the discount details, but suddenly she hung up without another word. Definitely fishy behaviour.
