Zenith phone me constantly, sometimes as late as 7.30 in the evening, which is just annoying. I’ve got number ID and just let it go to voicemail every time. They must be thick because even though I don’t pick up, they called 8 times just yesterday. When I used to be fed up with nuisance calls, I’d crank up my TV volume to full blast with the Kerrang channel playing and hold my phone right by the speakers so they get blasted out. Maybe it’s time I tried that on Zenith!

I’ve told Zenith loads of times now that we moved out of the place they did work on ages ago, about 20 years back, and that we don’t want their calls or anything else. Asked them nicely to remove our number from their calls and mailings, but they just keep ringing anyway! We’re on the TPS list too and even mention GDPR when they call, but today they just put the phone down on me without a word! Properly annoying these days!

Got a call about double glazing on 12 June 2018 at 11:34am. They actually asked for me by name, which seems like it breaks the GDPR rules. I’m also registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so I wasn’t having any of it. Gave them a proper telling off!

Today, I’ve had my mobile connected to ansafone by Zenith/Staybright no less than three times. Whenever I answered, all I got was loads of noise and people laughing. I tried ringing them back to ask them to take me off their list, but all the message did was point me to their website.
