I told the polite lady from abroad I’d be fine getting the vouchers through the post but said I’d give the bed a miss since, being an ex-navy bloke, I’m used to dozing in a hammock anyway. Then the same woman suddenly got quite rude and just slammed the phone down on me! Honestly, I thought I was in for a bit of early Christmas cheer?
