Just got a call from them - do you think it’s some sort of spam?

So this number rang me up earlier, asking if my missus was there, saying she’d had some kind of accident. The bloke was chewing gum the whole time, sounded proper rude. I told him I didn’t want any of it and said a few things back. Then he started threatening me and my family, claiming he had my car's registration and was going to come round to smash my windows with bricks. He’s called me six times now. I’m already stressed with family problems, and now this muppet’s just making things worse.
