I just received a call from this number - could it be one of those pesky spam callers?

I recently received a rather distressing call from this number, which was inquiring about my wife, claiming she had been in some sort of mishap. The person on the other end was rather obnoxious and constantly smacking their gum. I made it clear I had no interest in the conversation and shared my thoughts in no uncertain terms. To my surprise, he then proceeded to threaten me and my family, boasting that he had my registration details and intended to come round to hurl bricks through my windows. Since then, he’s bombarded my phone with six calls, which has only added to the tension I’m dealing with at home. It’s incredibly frustrating to have someone like this making things even more difficult.
