I received a call from a lady who promised me a 40% cut on my existing phone plan. How bizarre! I'm not even with O2. I suspect they were looking to get hold of my banking info or details about my bills. Just a heads up, stay alert!

I wouldn't answer it. Got a call from Andover, no one said a word, total silence. Apparently, this number is marked as ‘Fraudulent Call’. I’ve never even been to Andover or know anyone there!

These call centres keep ringing non stop, claiming they can lower your phone bill but then want all your info and your actual bill. I wouldn’t trust them at all, they’re really pushy and annoying!

I got a call claiming to be from some 'business development solutions' supposedly working for o2. They started asking loads about my phone plan, like how long I've been with o2, whether I use my phone for work or just personal stuff, and even how much I normally spend monthly. I didn’t fancy it and just hung up straight away.
