There has been a rather concerning situation with certain individuals contacting the elderly. One of our residents received a call, during which she was informed that £600 was about to be withdrawn from her account overseas. Distressed, she promptly ended the call and sought my assistance. Together, we contacted her bank to verify if any unauthorised transactions had occurred. I've since made sure to block that number from her phone to prevent any further disturbances.
