This number has been bugging my partner for ages, but sadly every time they answer, there's barely been a person on the other end, often no words at all. I really wish they'd call directly so I could ask how exactly they're offering help with PPI claims when everything's already been refunded with no fees involved, just like the free advice you get from money advice sites or the Citizens Advice Bureau. I'd also like to know what the M.O.J or "media match" reference number is (something beginning with crm...) and if they’re aware that the OFT and the Financial Conduct Authority (used to be the FSA) would be very interested in hearing the recordings of the continuous harassment this vulnerable, ill lady has faced, especially as she's registered with the TPS to block these dodgy sales calls. Her landline and mobile are vital for her health and emergencies.
