I received a rather alarming call claiming to be from Amazon, stating that there was a questionable transaction of £700 linked to my account. They urged me to press button 1 if I didn’t recognise the purchase in question to be connected with me. Quite unsettling, to say the least!

Ive had a couple calls this week from someone claiming to be Amazon. They said because they have my card details (which I never gave them) that there was a purchase over £700 and told me to press a button to confirm. Definitely didnt do it!
