FRAUD ALERT! Got a call from what sounded like a call centre in India, their accents were pretty thick. They claimed to be from "Virgin". The first person went through some simple tests trying to prove my internet was slow and that my PC had issues by looking at event viewer. Then they handed me to another agent who wanted me to open something called "ROMServer", likely to get remote access to my computer. That’s when I hung up... felt like I’d already wasted a good 23 minutes of their time anyway! :)
