Got a call earlier today but missed it, so I decided to check the number. It said it was from William Arthur Hooton, supposedly from Stone Products. I did a bit of searching on Google Maps and only found a couple of small cottages in the area. The online info was pretty sparse too, nothing solid. I looked up the supposed director, William Arthur, but there’s no record of him with Companies House. Checking company directors linked to the postcode EX36 3EY, I found just these names: David Cooper, born Feb 1955, no appointments, address Molland Cross, South Molton, Devon, EX36 3EY. Susan Cooper, no appointments, same address. I also found a company named Peermax Limited, registration number 04596728, but it was dissolved back in September 2012. Their registered address was Molland Hill, South Molton, Devon, EX36 3EY. Seems fishy to me, not sure what’s going on with this call.
