I've received three unwanted calls from this number now. Curiosity got the better of me, so I picked up the phone. The person on the other end was clearly a fraudster, masquerading as a representative from BT Openreach, claiming he was there to sort out our internet problems.

This number has been ringing my landline loads, saying they're from BT, offering help with internet problems. They want you to switch on your laptop or something, then do what their instructions say when your device starts up (I gave it a go on my laptop). I didn’t go along with it, instead asked them their full name, job title, and a call reference, also told them to confirm my internet account number. After that, they just cut the call.
