got a call with an automated voice acting like it was from amazon prime. total scam vibes, felt really fake. be careful folks!

Got one of those dodgy automated calls again, sounding like a woman with an American accent, saying my Amazon subscription for £39.99 is about to renew (when mine's actually £79). These keep coming through nonstop for over a year now. I always report and block the numbers but they just switch to new ones instantly. You'd think Amazon would put a proper warning about this scam on their site since it's so common, but it looks like they haven't really done anything to stop it.
