Received a call on my home phone earlier today. We're signed up for BT Protect, so when I picked up, there was absolute silence on the other end. After a moment of confusion, I hung up. I attempted to block the number through BT Protect, but when I called back, it said the number wasn’t recognised. Quite frankly, I’d rather not hear from this number again!
