some bloke rang me on a rubbish line saying my router was linked to their server and he could fix the issue. i acted all thankful and he asked me to open google chrome. i ended up wasting ages asking what google even was and what a computer might be, plus where i could find these things at home. in the end, he just gave up and hung up.
