Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming she was from BT, offering a 35% cut on my upcoming bills plus discounts on calls to mobiles and stuff. When she asked for my DOB to confirm, I told her I’d ring back to make sure it was really BT. She fell completely silent. I asked again, and still nothing. Then, out of nowhere, she just ended the call. Totally expected, really.
