got a call from someone claiming to be sky, saying they wanted to refund me because i’d been overcharged the past half year. don’t be fooled. they acted like they knew loads about me but really just wanted my bank info. if they’re really from sky, they’d already have your details. just tell them to jog on.

Answered the call but the moment I said hello, they hung up. Could hear loads of noise in the background, sounded like they were in some sort of office.
