Got a voicemail about some international charges, like £300 and £1000 supposedly from Amazon finance - total scam obvious from the get go. I rang my bank just to double check and they said it was fake. Never ever push any buttons if you get this!

Got a call around 10:20am on Thursday, 7th September about some dodgy transactions on my Visa card - they mentioned £700 and $900. It was like another automated message I’d just got about 20 minutes earlier from a different number (9 07855 899978). This time, the woman’s voice sounded American though. They told me to press '1' if I wanted to talk about these suspicious transactions, but I just hung up straight away. So yeah, two scam calls from different numbers, both talking about the exact same amounts - classic scam!

Got a call from an automated voice pretending to be Amazon, saying there was suspicious activity on my account. Definitely looked like a scam.
