I got a call from 01132 460 266 with a robotic voice saying they were from BT Broadband, which sounded like one of those scam calls. I picked up, but they hung up straight away. Guess it’s the same lot behind it.

some lady rang me pretending to be from bt saying she was there to sort out my broadband issues! i told her I wasn’t having any trouble at all. when i started grilling her a bit, she passed me over to her so-called ‘manager’. I said I'd ring bt myself if there was a problem and he just dropped the call! totally fake and annoying. blocked the number straight away.

I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent, who claimed to be from BT about an issue with my internet. When I told her I couldn't catch what she was saying, she just ended the call.

I got a call from 01594 529347 claiming to be from Openreach, saying our internet was too slow. I told them it’s actually working fine and we use BT anyway. Then she just went quiet and hung up on me! Bit strange if you ask me.

I answered the call and there was complete silence. When I made a sound, I could catch some sort of telemetry signal before I quickly ended the call.

got a call from some guy at a call centre, sounded like he had a chinese accent. he asked how my day was so i figured why not and played some radio talk about climate change for him.
