This so-called utility broker keeps ringing non-stop, pretending to be some official body with the right to quiz us and demand info. I reckon they've strong-armed quite a few vulnerable folks into deals they don’t want. Over just three days, they’ve phoned us 15 times! We told them to take us off their list since we already have a provider we’re happy with, but they just won’t stop calling. Such a nuisance!
