Got a call from a bloke with a really thick South Asian accent claiming he was from TalkTalk. I just ended the call straight away.

this guy called me with a heavy asian accent, said his name was james and he was from talk talk. i asked him where he was ringing from and he told me london. i just ended the call straight away.

They rang me a couple of times, but I answered and no one said anything.

Some bloke called claiming he was from TalkTalk, telling me to get on my laptop for an update. I asked how I could be sure he was really from TalkTalk. I ended up hanging up and phoned TalkTalk myself. Turns out that number isn't theirs at all, so definitely a scam. They've recorded the number and said their fraud team will check it out.

I missed the call from a number I didn't recognise. When I called back, there was nothing on the voicemail. Bit odd, really.
