Some bloke called saying he was Eric or Derek from Microsoft about my PC. I just told him "no, you're not" and ended the call right there. Does anyone really get caught out by this old trick? It's been around for what feels like forever, over a decade surely. Plus, why on earth would Microsoft ring from a Kirkcaldy, Fife number? Makes no sense at all.
