Got some weird alerts from my bank about Amazon charges for £300 and then £1,100, which I definitely didn't make. Also, something about an international money transfer that I never did with this card. The automated call I got about it sounded just like that annoying woman from the bank security alerts I got back in May and July with the exact same sums. Proper suspicious if you ask me.

Received a dodgy automated call claiming there was a £700 charge from Amazon and an international fee of £2000. Decided to play along and pressed 2 to chat with an agent. Ended up listening to an endless stream of piano tunes on hold before finally speaking to what was clearly a scammer. They wanted my full name and date of birth, but I just fed them a phony name and they promptly hung up on me. Absolute crooks!
