At midday today, we got a call from a firm wanting to pitch a boiler to us. It was my husband who picked up. We definitely won’t be picking up if that number rings back. The area code showed it was from Kirkcaldy, which we recognised since we’re from Fife too, even though we’ve moved away now. My husband made it clear they should remove our details and stop ringing us.

Like others have said, I kept trying to find out who was calling but they just ended the call abruptly. I've now blocked the number. Doesn't the Regulator need to take action against this? Also, I thought cold calling was against the law!

They keep ringing me up at all hours, even on weekends! I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling and remove me from their list, but they just don't listen. I'm honestly fed up with it now.

Looks like I’m not the only one getting bothered by these annoying people from Future Scotland. I've contacted the TPS a few times about them, but nothing seems to change. They really should be fined, or even better, locked up for ignoring the TPS rules. Seriously, stay well clear of that really relentless outfit.

Quite often I pick up the phone and the caller hangs up straight away, though a few times they've mentioned being from Future Scotland. I've put the number down to the TPS, but it seems they can't do much about it, so it feels pointless really. This is starting to feel like harassment now, and I'm thinking about involving the police, but honestly, they're pretty useless these days anyway.

On 18th October 2017 around 1 in the afternoon, I got a call from a woman who began chatting about insurance stuff. I told her I wasn’t interested and asked her not to call me again. But then, just 10 seconds later, the same number rang me again. Later that evening, the same number called once more at about 6:35pm, but there was no one speaking on the line both times.

i've been getting loads of calls recently from futurescotland ltd, they do boilers and are based in kirkcaldy. i actually contacted them about a year back and tried to get my number removed since i'm on the tps. emailed them, they promised to stop, even phoned them and they said no more calls. well, that clearly didn’t happen because they've been ringing me loads again in the last few days. avoid futurescotland ltd if you can, it's so annoying.

They kept ringing non stop, and once I got this recorded voice going, something like 'this is blah blah, regarding blah blah', followed by 'none of our agents are free to talk at the moment as they are busy.' The crazy bit is, they actually called me!

Back on the 18th of May 2017, I got a call from this number. When I answered with a "hello," all I could hear was a bunch of background noise, sounded a bit like a call centre. Then someone else said "hello" too, but after that, the line went totally silent.

I picked up the phone on my landline but said nothing. The person on the other side seemed to be chatting with someone else, maybe a colleague at a call centre. After a bit, they just ended the call without saying a word. Definitely blocking this number.
