I keep getting these annoying cold calls from people pretending to be from insurance companies about payout claims. They use numbers that look local, so you answer and then realise they're scammers. Best to just ignore them!

What a bunch of numpties, eh? They're fishing for accident claims, masquerading with a local number to trick unsuspecting folk into answering - mine was 01592... So, just a heads up, if you've got an unknown number flashing on your phone, even if it starts with 01259 or 01224, don’t feel pressured to pick up. If it’s something crucial, they’ll surely ring back or leave a message. Fingers crossed that folks have wised up now their digits are flagged as spam. Ha!

What a bunch of muppets haha! They’re those dodgy accident insurance claims folk, ringing from a nearby number to trick you into answering. For me it was 01592.... so watch out! Even if you see something like 01259 or 01224 pop up, if you don’t know the number just don’t bother picking up. If it’s really urgent, they’ll ring again or drop a voicemail. Hopefully now their number’s flagged as spam, fewer people will fall for it, lol!
