Back once more, bl8888 people keep getting these silent calls, clearly some sort of automated dialling system doing it.

I'm registered with the TPS. Got a quiet call from this number, then saw on another site it’s linked to “You claim for me” - sounds like those dodgy insurance scam calls. I rang back using Skype but had the mic off. I said, “Hello, you claim for me? Can I help?” about five times. Then the bloke snaps back, “You do know silent calls are against the law, right?” Honestly, really?
