Her charming reply? “Oh, shut up, you silly cow.” Nice manners, eh? I’ve no clue who they are, but this particular incident happened at 10:20 in the morning, which should allow them to be traced. I thought new regulations were being introduced to protect our privacy and prevent this kind of harassment. I’ve attempted to block all these calls, but while my phone claims they’re blocked, they keep getting through. When I insisted they remove my number from their records, the person, who introduced herself as 'Tyler', insisted that she wouldn't call but that other representatives would until my "account issue" was resolved.
