I got a call supposedly from TalkTalk tech support. They said there were issues with my router and that someone else was trying to get into it! They kept asking for my personal info. When I asked for their phone number, they hung up straight away!

got a call earlier from someone claiming to be with b.t. openreach saying there was an issue with my internet and they wanted to fix it. sounded dodgy to me, like a scam just trying to get my money. i told them i’d call b.t. myself if there was a real problem, then the caller just suddenly cut off the phone. total waste of time.
