Beware of 01591540267, a very dodgy cold caller pretending to be from Virgin Media’s tech support. They claimed my router was acting up, which is total rubbish because everything’s working perfectly on my end. I decided to humour them and told them I already had an engineer scheduled for this afternoon. That seemed to throw the caller completely off. After a moment to think, they switched tactics and said the engineer visit was cancelled and they could sort it all remotely if I just let them access my laptop - obviously just trying to scam me out of my cash!
