Apparently I rang this number two times last month and ended up getting charged €33.34! I looked up the number online and saw someone mention it was a call charge from Sky - so I contacted Sky about it. Turns out, this number is listed on their website, so it seems they’re fully aware that you get stung with this ridiculous fee just for phoning them. Honestly, I’m really annoyed by the whole thing.

This number, supposedly "Sky Customer Services - call 159 099 9907," has no actual connection to Sky whatsoever. Yet, when you ring it, you do get put through to someone - but be prepared to shell out a lot just for that! I'm honestly baffled how Sky lets this go on. Maybe the law doesn’t allow them to step in. Still, if Sky had a clear and easy-to-find contact number on their official site, this kind of scam probably wouldn’t fly. It seems they’re more focused on trying to avoid phone queries unless it’s about selling more stuff. For those of us struggling with issues and unable to reach help, it feels like Sky couldn’t care less. If companies looked after their customers properly, dodgy scams like this wouldn’t be so common.

i got billed 115 euro for three calls made to this number, each lasting just over 10 minutes. thing is, i never actually made those calls. does anyone know how i can sort this out?

I never phoned 1590999907 but somehow ended up with a charge of over €37 for an 8 minute call. Tried sorting it out with my provider but they weren't helpful at all. Really annoyed about paying for a call I didn’t even make.
