It appears that I rang this number a couple of times last month, and shockingly, they've taken €33.34 from my account! I've searched for information on this number numerous times online, and it seems one user mentioned it might be a charge related to Sky connections. I did indeed reach out to Sky. I stumbled upon this number on the Sky website, so I can't help but think they are fully aware of these extortionate call charges imposed on customers attempting to contact them. I must say, I am absolutely appalled by this situation.

Yet, once you dial it, you’ll find yourself speaking to their team - and you'll be charged an arm and a leg for the experience! It baffles me how Sky allows this to carry on. Perhaps there's some legal reason behind it. However, if they simply posted a straightforward contact number on their official site, this wouldn't even be an issue. It appears as though Sky would rather divert folks away from calling them, except when they're trying to peddle additional products. Sadly, they don’t seem to prioritise helping those who are facing hurdles with their existing services or products. If service providers were more committed to supporting their customers, dodgy practices like this wouldn’t stand a chance.
