I've had three calls now, each from a different number - one from the States and another using a UK landline. The message was automated, supposedly from BT, warning that my broadband and landline would be disconnected starting today. They offered two choices: press 1 to reach the tech team to sort it out, or press 2 to begin the disconnection process. I'm pretty sure if you press either option, you'll get hit with a pricey call fee. Shame I'm not actually a BT customer; otherwise, I'd just ring them myself to check.
