I received a call on the 23rd of June, 2015, at precisely 10:16 PM! I didn't pick up, obviously. Is it even permissible for cold calls to happen at that hour? I've been attempting to block this number repeatedly, yet it's as if it keeps slipping through the net!

I received a call from this number on the 27th of May 2015 at precisely 18:05, regarding a supposed road traffic incident. However, I can confirm that no accident took place, and I firmly asked them to take my number off their records and cease further calls. Interestingly, a mate of mine has also been contacted about a similar matter by them. Could this be a con?
