Got a call from what sounded like some Indian call centre saying they were with a financial recovery company. Heard loads of chatter and tension in the background, the agent was really pushy and seemed flustered. After passing me onto a manager, they tried giving me a London postcode as KT116 which is totally fake. They definitely don’t like being questioned outside their script. Loads of warning signs that it’s a scam. I’ve just blocked the number and now I’m bracing myself for a flood of dodgy calls. If you get them, make sure to report using this website to help block them too.
