I got a recorded message from a lady claiming to be with TalkTalk saying my phone line was about to get cut off today. She told me to press one or something like that. I just hung up and didn't bother answering when they called back. Tried to block the number but it didn't work for some reason.

had the same experience, bt guardian didnt recognise who it was so i reckon its a call centre of some sort. no idea who was on the other end. can someone please block this number?

received a call from a bt number but no one told me who they were, seemed like it could have been a call centre or maybe a scam. decided to block the number just to be safe.
