I’ve fallen victim to a dubious accident scam. When I requested for my number to be taken off their database, I was transferred to a so-called “manager” who was extremely unhelpful and rather impolite. He insisted they couldn’t erase my information until I confirmed whether I had been involved in an accident. Upon asking to speak to a superior, he insisted I was already talking to one. After a bit of a heated exchange, he abruptly terminated the call on me. Quite shocking!
