This morning, I got a call from this number with an automated message claiming it was about my Amazon Prime account - which I don’t even have. They said £79 was going to be taken from my bank and to press button 1 to stop it. I just hung up straight away. Also, you say this number belongs to a cleaning firm on the Isle of Wight, but when I tried calling it back, I got a ‘number unobtainable’ tone. Plus, the 01583 code is actually from Scotland, not the Isle of Wight, which uses 01983. Quite fishy if you ask me!
