Got a call from someone named Ivana, she said she was from IAR.

I got two calls from a number claiming to be from my internet company, saying there was an issue and to press 1. Didn’t answer or do anything, cos I figured if it was really them, they’d properly introduce themselves first. Weird that they didn’t even say who they were straight away.

I got a call from someone saying they were with my broadband company, telling me there was a problem with my service. They wanted me to press 1 so I could speak to a techy who could fix it, but I just cut the call off. They've tried ringing me a few times since then.
