What a bunch of energy con artists! These individuals are exceedingly aggressive and won't take no for an answer. They're rather discourteous and quite impolite, to be honest.

Got a call from a number I didnt recognise, the person just said a few words and then ended the call real quick.

Got a call from someone pushing loft insulation, sounded like one of those energy scam things. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

when i picked up the phone with just a simple ‘hello’, this person with an accent said something like, ‘i’m not sure why, but i don’t see you like that’ - it was totally unexpected and a bit confusing.

i don’t buy that fibreglass loft insulation is harmful or banned. the real problem and what ought to be banned is the spray-on stuff they put under timber joists - the stuff they tout as “organic and eco-friendly” replacement. heard loads of nightmare tales about that method, way worse than fibreglass.
