Dodgy scammers alert! Got a call from someone named ‘John’ at what sounded like an Indian call centre, saying they were tech support concerned about my slow broadband. Didn’t bother asking any security stuff. I let him go on with his spiel for a bit, then asked him to confirm his identity by telling me when my last support call was and who I talked to. He just dropped the line straight away. Total fishy behaviour!
