It appears that this is an online entity connected to Carphone Warehouse, if I’m not mistaken. However, I can’t shake the feeling that they're merely a bunch of marketers who’ve snagged mobile numbers from the customer lists of the warehouse, supposedly operating out of Luton.

I received a call on my mobile from this number (no idea how they managed to find it), so I decided to brush it off. Curiosity got the better of me, however, and I dialled the number on my landline. It rang for a bit before abruptly cutting to some music, which didn’t sit right with me, so I hung up straight away. Here's hoping it's not some sort of scam that’s already racked up a hefty charge on my account. I’ve since blocked the number; it all seemed quite fishy to me.
