Received a call purporting to be from Amazon regarding an iPhone I supposedly ordered-except I never did! They claimed I’d be hit with an additional charge of £300. When I confronted them about the deception and suggested they find a legitimate job, the caller had the audacity to say 'shut up' before abruptly hanging up. The background noise made it seem like she was located in some distant call centre.

Got a bloke on the phone saying he was from Amazon Prime asking about renewing my subscription. Just a heads up, Amazon don’t normally ring you out of the blue, and you actually renew your membership through their website, not over the phone.
