It was clear straight away it was a call centre. They wanted to speak to a Mr x, which definitely isn’t me. I said nothing back and ended the call.

This so-called "Microsoft scam" call lasted about six and a half minutes, and right at the end he suddenly started swearing at me and hung up. Proper rude!

At about 2:35pm today, I got a call from 01582 759266. No one said a word when I answered, which seemed a bit suspicious. I could hear some people talking quietly in the background though. Definitely not something to trust.
