Today my mate got a call from 01582 706272 and I couldn't help but watch for a bit of amusement. The woman on the line started off by saying she'd "heard" he'd been in some sort of car crash. He replied quite bluntly that this wasn't true and waited quietly to see what she'd say next. There was a long silence before he finally went, "Hello?" "Is there something you need?" - Then she just dropped the call. So professional, eh? #slowclap# Looks like a phishing scam to me, especially since they obviously didn’t bother to mask their number.
