I received a voicemail that purported to be from Amazon, claiming that my Amazon Prime subscription has lapsed and urging me to press a digit to talk to someone about it. Quite humorous, seeing as I’ve never subscribed to Amazon Prime! Naturally, I’ve now blocked that number. When I tried ringing it back using 141, the call failed to connect-it was as if the number didn’t even exist!
