Received a call at 12:21 on 29/01/2019 from someone saying they were with a Postcode update service - never come across that before. There was a lot of noise like a call centre in the background and the guy said his name was Sean. He gave me an incorrect address, which made me quite certain it was a scam. I did a 1471 on the number and then searched online with "Who called from this number?" and apparently, they also do loft conversions or something. Sounds like it's a new type of scam to me.
