I got a call from a woman saying that two payments had been withdrawn from my bank account and asked me to press 1 to confirm or to talk to their support team. Since I hadn’t made any calls or done anything, the call just cut off. I think she mentioned one of the payments was £300 and they wanted to check because I’d never paid anyone like that before.
