I got a recorded call warning me my internet was being used for illegal stuff. They said both my phone and broadband would get disconnected and I might get in trouble with the law. The message said to press 1 or 2 to talk to someone in customer service. The voice sounded like a British bloke. It’s obviously a scam, but I can imagine it would really scare or stress out some folks.
