They rang me but didn’t say anything or leave a message!

I received a text from this number giving me details about an appointment scheduled for Monday, the 19th of November at 2.40! Quite baffling, as I don't recognise anyone in Luton, nor do I have any such appointment on my calendar! What a strange situation!
