The chap on the other end had a rather difficult time articulating himself, to put it mildly. After a bit of back and forth, I finally gathered he was representing O2. In a bid to confirm his identity, I requested him to provide my address, and lo and behold, the call was abruptly terminated. It's quite a mystery, isn't it?
