I received a call from a chap named Harris claiming to represent KGM motor insurance, wanting to chat about a car accident. Strange thing was, he seemed privy to all the particulars already, yet persisted in asking rather pointless questions! Interestingly, KGM supposedly doesn’t have any branches in Luton. He mentioned he’d sent me a letter, and wanted to know why I hadn’t returned his call. The number is indeed active and connects right back to this ‘Harris’, who simply greets with a bland 'hello'. When I inquired further about his identity, he again insisted he was from KGM! Quite odd, if you ask me.
