Got a call from 01582151970 earlier with a voicemail pretending to be Amazon. They said if I don’t press 1 to speak to a manager, they’ll automatically take payment for Amazon Prime renewal from my bank account. I don’t even have Amazon Prime, so it was clear this was just a dodgy scam trying to steal banking info. These sorts of calls really should be shut down. Got a call from 01582151970 with a recorded voice saying it was Amazon telling me my Prime subscription would be charged to my bank unless I pressed 1 to speak to some manager. I don't even have Amazon Prime, so it’s clearly a dodgy scam trying to grab your bank info. These sorts of numbers should be banned by now. Definitely a scammer ringing from Luton 01582151970.

i got a call from someone saying they were from the vodafone shop in luton. i rang back, but when the bloke asked for my details i just said no thanks.
